  • You will also learn some tips and tactics to better handle the stresses life throws your way.

Lesson 3 (Days 22-35)

  …Maintain Your Ideal Weight!

Most of us know that maintaining our ideal body weight is important to our health, it’s the actual “doing it part” where we start to struggle.  In this lesson:

  • You will learn the simple yet powerful concept of Calories IN vs. Calories Out
  • How applying this concept can help you take control of your weight. 
  • You will also learn how to calculate the calories your body needs each day…plus what it burns. 
  • You will complete these activities:

Lesson 4 (Days 36-49)

  …Get Regular Physical Activity!

We all know that structured exercise programs or simply increasing our physical activity is good for us.  We WANT to exercise. The challenge often becomes…how do we add yet one more ACTIVITY into our already overscheduled lives?  In this lesson:

  • You will learn how much exercise you need to maintain your health and improve your fitness levels. 
  • Why both cardio and strength training are important to maintain a healthy body. 
  • You will complete these activities:
    • Finding the RIGHT activity for you!
    • How fit are you...get a baseline?
  • You will also learn how to overcome the “I don’t have time to exercise” obstacle. 
  • You will set your 90-day goal for CoolLime 5 Fundamental:  Get Regular Physical Activity!
  • You will set weekly SMART goals, TAKE ACTION, then complete the weekly goal review.

Lesson 5 (Days 50-63)

     

…Maintain Proper Nutrition!

Your body needs the right fuel so you can be your best YOU.  The RIGHT nutrition will make a big difference in your energy level and how you feel.  In this lesson:

  • You will learn what nutrition your body really needs. 
  • How YOU can easily get the right nutrition and feel great. 
  • You will also learn why there’s a big fuss about eating processed foods. 
  • You will complete these activities:

  • You will learn HOW to leverage the support your currently have and some options for seeking support from 3rd parties.
